#### 10 Strata plans of subdivision 10 Strata plans of subdivision > > (1) A strata plan of subdivision must be accompanied by one of the following if land comprised in the plan is owned by the original owner— > > > > > (a) a certificate by the owners corporation in the approved form certifying that the initial period has expired, > > > > > (b) the relevant order under section 27 of the [Strata Schemes Management Act 2015](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2015-050) that authorised the registration of the plan. > > > (2) Subclause (1) does not apply if the original owner owns all the lots in the strata scheme.
