#### 91 Registrar-General to record matters about conclusion of development scheme 91 Registrar-General to record matters about conclusion of development scheme > > (1) The Registrar-General must record the conclusion of a development scheme in the folio for the owners corporation and the common property in the strata scheme. > > > (2) If, after the conclusion of a development scheme, a revised schedule of unit entitlement for the scheme is lodged under section 90, the Registrar-General must record it as the schedule of unit entitlement in substitution for the existing schedule of unit entitlement for the scheme.
