#### 78 Variation of liability for common property expenses 78 Variation of liability for common property expenses > > (1) A strata development contract may apportion the liability for expenses relating to the use or maintenance of common property in the strata scheme differently from the way that liability would otherwise be apportioned by the schedule of unit entitlement for the scheme. > > > (2) An apportionment under this section has effect despite the current schedule of unit entitlement, but does not apply to any liability that relates to the use or maintenance of the common property after the development scheme is concluded.
