#### 69 Satisfaction about compliance with conditions precedent to issue of strata certificates 69 Satisfaction about compliance with conditions precedent to issue of strata certificates > > (1) A person who exercises functions under this Act or another Act in reliance on a strata certificate— > > > > > (a) is entitled to assume that— > > > > > > > (i) the certificate was properly issued, and > > > > > > > (ii) all conditions precedent to the issue of the certificate have been complied with, and > > > > > > > (iii) all things that are stated in the certificate as existing or having been done do exist or have been done, and > > > > > (b) is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a matter in relation to which the certificate was issued. > > > (2) This section does not apply to a registered certifier in relation to a strata certificate issued by the registered certifier. > > **s 69:** Am 2018 No 63, Sch 3.13\[4\] \[7\].
