#### 50 Definitions 50 Definitions > In this Part— > > certificate of compliance of a water supply authority means a certificate of compliance issued by the authority in accordance with the Act under which it is constituted. > > court means the Land and Environment Court. > > order, requirement or notice means an order, requirement or notice of a kind referred to in, or given under, any of the following— > > > (a) an order of the kind referred to in item 2, 4, 8 or 9 of the table to section 121B of the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203), > > > (b) an order of the kind referred to in item 21, 22, 23, 24 or 25 of the table to section 124 of the [Local Government Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1993-030), > > > (c) provisions of regulations made under the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203) or the [Local Government Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1993-030) that are prescribed for the purposes of this definition.
