#### 38 Application of certain provisions of Conveyancing Act 1919 38 Application of certain provisions of Conveyancing Act 1919 > > (1) Section 88B of the [Conveyancing Act 1919](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1919-006) applies to a strata plan, strata plan of subdivision and strata plan of consolidation in the same way it applies to a plan referred to in that section relating to land under the [Real Property Act 1900](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1900-025). > > > (2) Sections 195F, 195H, 195J, 196 and 196AA of the [Conveyancing Act 1919](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1919-006) apply in relation to a plan lodged for registration as a strata plan, strata plan of subdivision, strata plan of consolidation or building alteration plan in the same way the sections apply to plans referred to in the sections.
