#### 194 Charge or fee for services 194 Charge or fee for services > A charge or fee for water, sewerage, drainage or effluent services, other than a stormwater management service within the meaning of the [Local Government Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1993-030), rendered in relation to a parcel or part of a parcel otherwise than exclusively for the use and benefit of a particular lot— > > > (a) must be worked out as if any rates in relation to the lots comprised in the parcel were payable by the owners corporation as the rateable person under the [Local Government Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1993-030) for the parcel, and > > > (b) is payable by the owners corporation.
