#### 193 Certain lots not rateable 193 Certain lots not rateable > > (1) This section applies if, for the purpose of effecting a resumption referred to in Part 7— > > > > > (a) a strata plan of subdivision has been registered, or > > > > > (b) a plan has been registered under the [Conveyancing Act 1919](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1919-006). > > > (2) Unless the resumption has been effected, a rate may not be made or levied on a lot in the strata plan of subdivision or in the registered plan. > > > (3) This section does not prevent a rate from being made or levied on land of which a lot referred to in subsection (2) forms part.
