#### 173 Copy of plan to be given to owners 173 Copy of plan to be given to owners > > (1) If the owners corporation decides by special resolution under section 172 (5) to give the strata renewal plan to the owners for their consideration, the secretary of the owners corporation must within 14 days give a copy of the plan to each owner. > > > (2) The copy of the plan must be accompanied by the information or documents prescribed by the regulations.
