#### 171 Requirements relating to sale of lots 171 Requirements relating to sale of lots > > (1) If a strata renewal plan is for a collective sale of a strata scheme, the amount paid for the sale of the lots and common property in the scheme must be apportioned among the owners of the lots in the same proportions as the unit entitlements of the owners’ lots. > > > (2) If a strata renewal plan is for a redevelopment of a strata scheme, the amount to be paid for the sale of a dissenting owner’s lot must not be less than the compensation value of the lot.
