#### 167 Dissolution of committee 167 Dissolution of committee > A strata renewal committee is dissolved on the earliest of the following days— > > > (a) the day the owners corporation, by resolution, dissolves the committee, > > > (b) the day the strata renewal plan prepared by the committee lapses under this Part, > > > (c) the day the operational period of the committee ends, unless the required level of support for the strata renewal plan prepared by the committee has been obtained before that day, > > > (d) the day the owners corporation decides to apply to the court for an order to give effect to the strata renewal plan prepared by the committee.
