#### 163 Vacation of office 163 Vacation of office > > (1) A person vacates office as a member of the strata renewal committee if the person— > > > > > (a) is no longer eligible for appointment or election to the strata committee of the owners corporation, or > > > > > (b) was not an owner when elected as a member, or was a company nominee, and the individual who nominated the person for election, or the corporation for which the person is a company nominee, ceases to be an owner or notifies the owners corporation in writing that the person’s office is vacated, or > > > > > (c) resigns office by written notice given to the owners corporation, or > > > > > (d) is removed from office by special resolution of the owners corporation. > > > (2) The owners corporation may elect a person who is eligible to be a member of the strata renewal committee to fill a vacancy in the office of a member of the committee.
