#### 119 Resumption by authority bound by Act 119 Resumption by authority bound by Act > > (1) Despite section 8 of the [Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1991-022), a resumption of land to which this Part and that Act apply must comply with this Part and that Act. > > > (2) A resumption of land to which this Part applies and to which Part 12 of the [Roads Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1993-033) applies must comply with this Part and that Part. > > > (3) If there is an inconsistency between this Part and an Act referred to in subsection (1) or (2), this Part prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
