#### 110 Obligation to give information about particular management statements 110 Obligation to give information about particular management statements > If it is proposed to grant a lease of a lot or common property in a strata scheme that is part of a community scheme, the lessor must include a copy of the following with the copy of the lease to be signed by the lessee— > > > (a) the community management statement under the [Community Land Development Act 2021](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2021-006) for the community scheme, > > > (b) if the strata scheme is also part of a precinct scheme under the [Community Land Development Act 2021](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2021-006)—the precinct management statement under that Act for the precinct scheme. > > Maximum penalty—1 penalty unit. > > **s 110:** Am 2021 No 6, Sch 5.18.
