#### 102 Recording information about strata management statement in folios 102 Recording information about strata management statement in folios > > (1) If a strata management statement is registered, the Registrar-General must record the following in the relevant folios— > > > > > (a) the existence of the statement and of each registered amendment of it, > > > > > (b) other information relating to the statement and each amendment that the Registrar-General considers appropriate. > > > (2) In this section— > > > > relevant folios means the folios for— > > > > > (a) each owners corporation of a strata scheme for part of the building, and > > > > > (b) each part of the building or site that does not form part of a part strata parcel.
