#### 62 Service of notices 62 Service of notices > A notice or order under this Act may be served— > > > (a) on a natural person— > > > > > (i) by delivering it to the person personally, or > > > > > (ii) by leaving it at, or by sending it by pre-paid post to, the residential or business address of the person last known to the Secretary, or > > > > > (iii) by electronic transmission to an address or location specified by the person for the service of notices or orders of that kind, or > > > (b) on a body corporate— > > > > > (i) by leaving it at, or by sending it by pre-paid post to, the head office, a registered office or a principal office of the body corporate, or > > > > > (ii) by electronic transmission to an address or location specified by the body corporate for the service of notices or orders of that kind. > > **s 62:** Am 2019 No 14, Sch 2.22\[6\]; 2020 No 30, Sch 1.44\[1\] \[2\]; 2022 No 59, Sch 1.35\[3\] \[4\].
