#### 24 Seizure of property 24 Seizure of property > This Act, as in force immediately before its amendment by the [Biosecurity Act 2015](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2015-024), continues to have effect in respect of anything seized, taken or removed under a power conferred by a repealed provision whether before or after the repeal of the repealed provision. Accordingly, such a thing is to be dealt with as provided for by the repealed provisions.
