#### 17 Stock Medicines Board 17 Stock Medicines Board > > (1) The Stock Medicines Board established under Part 4 of this Act before its repeal by the [Stock Medicines Amendment Act 2004](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2004-089) is dissolved. > > > (2) The persons holding office as members of the Stock Medicines Board immediately before the commencement of this clause— > > > > > (a) cease to hold office as such on that commencement, and > > > > > (b) are not entitled to any compensation for ceasing to hold office because of the operation of this clause.
