7Powers of Committee

#### 7 Powers of Committee (1) The Committee has power to do all things that are necessary or convenient to be done for or in connexion with the performance of its functions. (2) Without limiting by implication the generality of subsection (1), the Committee may: (a) enter into arrangements with the Association with respect to the provision of services of an administrative nature to assist the Committee in the performance of its functions; and (b) make payments to the Association in respect of the provision of those services; and (c) engage people to advise or assist the Committee in the performance of its functions.
