#### 23 Deputies (1) The Minister may appoint a person to be a deputy of a member of the Committee. (2) If a member of the Committee is absent from a meeting of the Committee, the deputy of the member is entitled to attend the meeting and, while so attending, is taken to be a member of the Committee.
