3 Effect on Industries Assistance Commission Act 1973
(1) Subject to sub‑section (2), this Act does not affect the operation of the Industries Assistance Commission Act 1973. (2) Sub‑section 23(3) of the Industries Assistance Commission Act 1973 does not apply in relation to anything done by the Minister:
(a) under or in pursuance of this Act; or
(b) in relation to any matter the subject of a report or recommendation by the Authority.
