2 Commencement

This Act commences, or is taken to have commenced, as follows—

(a) for Schedule 1.8—on the commencement of the Heavy Vehicle National Law Amendment Act 2025 of Queensland, section 41,

(b) for Schedule 2.148—on the commencement of the Surveillance Devices Amendment (Public Interest Exceptions) Act 2026, Schedule 1[3],

(c) for Schedule 2.166—on the commencement of the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment (Firefighters) Act 2025, Schedule 2[5],

(d) otherwise—on the date of assent to this Act.
