14 Applications for declarations by the Supreme Court of parentage
For the purposes of section 21 (1) (e) of the Act, the following persons are prescribed—
(a) the NSW Trustee and Guardian,
(b) a licensed trustee company within the meaning of Chapter 5D of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth,
(c) an executor, trustee or administrator of an estate.
