#### 24 Conduct of hearings 24 Conduct of hearings > > (1) The hearing of an application for a declaration of parentage or for an annulment order under Division 2 or 3 is to be in closed court. > > > (2) The Supreme Court may adjourn the hearing of any such application to give a person the opportunity to be present or to be represented at the hearing if the Court considers that the person’s interests would be affected by a declaration or an annulment order (as the case may be).
