10B Interpretation
*[Section 10B Inserted by No. 122 of 1985, s. 7 ]*A reference in this Part to a fertilization procedure is a reference to –
(a) the artificial insemination of a woman; or
(b) the procedure of implanting in the uterus of a woman an embryo derived from an ovum fertilized outside the body.
