154 Staff Standards of Conduct

(1) The First Peoples' Assembly must develop and implement Staff Standards of Conduct.

(2) The Staff Standards of Conduct must set out the standards of conduct to be observed by the Chief Executive Officer and any Gellung Warl staff member in carrying out their duties as Chief Executive Officer or as a Gellung Warl staff member.

(3) The First Peoples' Assembly must develop and implement the first Staff Standards of Conduct within 6 months after the commencement of this section.
