46 Authority to borrow
The Treasurer may, from time to time, in accordance with the provisions of the Commonwealth Inscribed Stock Act 1911, or in accordance with the provisions of an Act authorising the issue of Treasury Bills, borrow amounts not exceeding in the aggregate the sum of the amounts that may become payable to the States under sections 12, 21, 31 and 40B of this Act.
