43 Limits on grants under section 42

The Minister shall not authorize payments to the States under section 42 that exceed, in the aggregate:

(a) in relation to projects approved in connection with government schools other than projects administered by non‑government bodies in connection with such schools—$5,235,000; and

(b) in relation to projects approved in connection with non‑government schools and to projects, approved in connection with government schools, being projects administered by non‑government bodies—$2,094,000.
