4Interpretation

##### 4 Interpretation In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears: > approved program means: (a) a program of projects approved by the Minister under section 7; or (b) a statement approved under subsection 18(3). > approved project means: (a) a project in a program approved by the Minister under section 7; or (b) a project included in a statement approved under subsection 18(3). > project means a project by way of: (a) the construction of a national highway; (b) the maintenance of a national highway; or (c) the construction of a national commerce road.
