21Moneys expended after year in which they are paid to State

##### 21 Moneys expended after year in which they are paid to State Moneys: (a) paid to a State under this Act in a year; (b) set aside by a State in that year for expenditure in accordance with this Act; and (c) expended by a State during the period of 6 months immediately following the expiration of that year, or within such further period as the Minister for Finance approves, shall, for the purposes of sections 9 and 14, be deemed to have been expended during that year.
