#### 2 Interpretation (1) In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears, eligible petroleum product means motor spirit, automotive distillate, aviation gasoline or aviation turbine fuel. (2) A reference in this Act to a State shall be read as including a reference to the Northern Territory.
