3 Application of Act to a grant year
(1) In this Act, a reference, in relation to a grant year, to the applicable Schedule is a reference to the Schedule that is expressed to relate to that year. (2) The provisions set out in a Schedule apply in relation to the grant year to which the Schedule relates.
