Proving a single episode of dehydration on a specific day may be difficult, so the claimant should focus on factors with broader windows (e.g. infection within seven days) or the inability-to-manage factor. Ultimately, compliance is about matching the claim to the instrument's rigid criteria; any gap in evidence will be fatal.
