Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This fragment of an RMA Statement of Principles covers procedural points: cross-referencing to other SOPs when linked conditions are relevant, definitions clarifying that “death from” the condition can include terminal events the tear contributed to, and that “relevant service” means VEA/MRCA-covered military service. It also states the instrument took effect 30 June 2010. The substantive medical criteria (relevant factors) are missing, so causal application can’t be determined.
