Tasmania regulation
This order transfers two named service units between departments: Aboriginal Heritage Tasmania moves from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania to the Department of Premier and Cabinet (cl.3(1)), and the Family Violence Counselling and Support Service moves from the Department of Communities Tasmania to the Department of Health (cl.3(2)). The order takes effect 1 September 2022 except cl.3(2) which takes effect 12 September (cl.2); the Department of Premier and Cabinet administers the order. The instrument does not set out mechanics for transferring staff, assets or budgets, leaving implementation to the affected agencies.

This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 5) 2022 .
(1) Except as provided for in this clause, the provisions of this order take effect on 1 September 2022.
(2) Clause 3(2) takes effect on 12 September 2022.
(1) The part of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania known as Aboriginal Heritage Tasmania is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
(2) The part of the Department of Communities Tasmania known as the Family Violence Counselling and Support Service is amalgamated with the Department of Health.
