Tasmania regulation
This order, effective 1 July 2015, moves Racing Services Tasmania from the Department of State Growth into the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment. It changes who makes administrative and budget decisions for racing services (the receiving department), who pays operational costs (departmental/taxpayer budgets), and creates an implementation task for the departments to integrate control, staff and reporting, while the order itself contains no detailed transition provisions.
