What this instrument is: The uploaded file is the Tasmanian State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 2) 2026. The visible text only shows administrative metadata (for example, “Version current from 13 August 2026”) and repeated status headings; it does not include the Order’s operative clauses saying what agencies, positions, or functions are restructured. Because the operative text is missing, I cannot summarise who is affected or what the Order actually changes. This is legal information, not legal advice; get a qualified Australian lawyer to check the full instrument before acting.
