This order transfers specified Service Tasmania customer‑service units (Service Tasmania shops, the Shop Operations Group and the Integrated Tasmanian Government Contact Centre) from the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment into the Department of Premier and Cabinet, shifting administrative control and decision‑making to Premier and Cabinet (s3). It takes effect on 1 July 2015 and places operational responsibility — including budget, staff and contracts — with the receiving department (s2; administration note).
