Tasmania regulation
This order legally transfers three named parts of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania — Private Forests Tasmania, the Forest Practices Authority and Forest Policy — into the Department of State Growth, taking effect 1 July 2024. Administration of the order is assigned to the Department of Premier and Cabinet; the instrument sets the structural change and commencement (secs 2–3) but does not itself specify funding, staffing, asset or transitional arrangements.
