Tasmania regulation
This order moves three forestry-related parts of the Department of State Growth—the unit handling forest policy, the Forest Practices Authority and Private Forests Tasmania—into the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania, effective 31 March 2022. It affects the named agencies, their staff and the stakeholders who deal with forestry administration because responsibility and administration for those functions shift to a different department; the order is administered by the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
