### 5 Amalgamation > > (1)  The part, of the Department of Health and Human Services, that is referred to as Children and Youth Services, is amalgamated with the Department of Communities Tasmania. > > > (2)  The part, of the Department of Health and Human Services, that is referred to as Housing, Disability and Community Services, is amalgamated with the Department of Communities Tasmania. > > > (3)  The part, of the Department of Health and Human Services, that is referred to as the Communities Tasmania Transition Group, is amalgamated with the Department of Communities Tasmania. > > > (4)  The part, of the Department of Health and Human Services, that consists of persons made available, under section 6(1) of the [Commissioner for Children and Young People Act 2016](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2016-002) , to the Commissioner for Children and Young People, is amalgamated with the Department of Communities Tasmania. > > > (5)  The part, of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, that is referred to as the Communities, Sport and Recreation Division, is amalgamated with the Department of Communities Tasmania. > > > (6)  The part, of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, that is referred to as Silverdome, is amalgamated with the Department of Communities Tasmania. > > > (7)  The part, of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, that is referred to as the Communities Tasmania Transition Group, is amalgamated with the Department of Communities Tasmania.
