Tasmania regulation
This order transfers the Poppy Advisory and Control Board from the Department of Justice into the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment, effective 1 July 2016. It changes which department has administrative oversight of the Board and names the Department of Premier and Cabinet as the instrument’s administrator, so departmental accountability and day-to-day administration for the Board move as a matter of executive arrangement.
