Tasmania regulation
This Order renames the State authority Tasmanian Health Organisation – North to the Tasmanian Health Service and merges Tasmanian Health Organisation – North West and Tasmanian Health Organisation – South into that single entity; it commences on 1 July 2015 (ss 1–4). The Department of Premier and Cabinet administers the change. The instrument directs administrative reorganisation of the named State health authorities (ss 3–4) but does not itself create new regulatory powers or impose new fees.
