Tasmania regulation
This order takes effect on 1 July 2015, identifies the State Service Act 2000 as the Principal Act (cl 3), and records that an amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version of that Act (cl 4). It applies to agencies and heads of agencies governed by the State Service Act 2000 and is administered by the Department of Premier and Cabinet. Mechanically, it is a short procedural instrument that records commencement and incorporation; any substantive changes must be read in the State Service Act 2000 as amended.
