[Section 52 Amended by No. 42 of 2012, s. 27, Applied:04 Feb 2013] A Head of Agency is to cause notice to be published in the Gazette, within such period as the Employer determines, of all actions relating to employment as may be prescribed and the notice is conclusive evidence of every such action.
