[Section 50A Inserted by No. 42 of 2012, s. 24, Applied:04 Feb 2013] The Tasmanian Industrial Commission is not empowered to determine a matter under section 51 that is within the jurisdiction of and is being dealt with by the Ombudsman, Integrity Commission or Anti-Discrimination Commissioner, or any other person or body that may be prescribed, until the matter has been dealt with.
