[Section 19 Substituted by No. 42 of 2012, s. 6, Applied:04 Feb 2013] The Employer, on or before 31 October in each year, is to send to both Houses of Parliament a report on the performance and exercise of the Employer's functions and powers during the period of 12 months ending on 30 June in that year.
