1. Citation
These regulations are the *State Records Regulations 2025*.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.
3. Charges for services in relation to State archives that are government records (Act s. 84)
(1) The charge for a service in relation to a State archive that is a government record must be determined in accordance with the Table to this regulation.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to a government organisation, other than a Schedule 3 organisation.

| (d) more than 200 pages | The amount determined by the Director, but not less than $170.00 | |
| 2. | Supply of digital image of a map or plan larger than A4 size | $35.00 (per map or plan) |
