8 Prescribed persons

For the Act, section 73(5)(e), the following persons are prescribed—

(a) Museums of History NSW,

(b) the Information and Privacy Commission,

(c) the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission,

(d) a person carrying out the functions of the Office of Local Government.
