#### 72 Injunctions relating to contravention of Act 72 Injunctions relating to contravention of Act > > (1) The Supreme Court may, on the application of the following, grant an injunction relating to the contravention or possible contravention of a provision of this Act— > > > > > (a) for a provision relating to functions conferred on the Authority—the Authority, > > > > > (b) for a provision relating to functions conferred on Museums of History NSW—Museums of History NSW. > > > (2) The terms of the injunction may— > > > > > (a) restrain a person from engaging in conduct that would contravene a provision of this Act, or > > > > > (b) require a person to do an act or thing to remedy conduct that contravenes a provision of this Act. > > > (3) The Supreme Court may grant an interim injunction pending determination of an application made under this section. > > > (4) The Supreme Court may discharge or vary an injunction or interim injunction granted under this section. > > > (5) The Supreme Court may not require an undertaking as to damages or costs in relation to an application made under this section. > > **s 72:** Subst 2022 No 42, Sch 4\[33\].
